Selling worms by the pound for indoor composting. I have had my share of adversity and would love to be considered as a guest on your podcast. I am a Worm Advocate and Founder of Cathy's Crawly Composters (est 2002). I am on a mission to put worms in every living space. Indoor composting with worms. I believe worms are going to play an ever increasing role in waste management, soil production and therefore food security. It is essential that we learn how. Food waste is a simple way that we can mitigate climate change and create 'black gold' to grow more delicious, nutritious food. A worm composter offers a tremendous learning opportunity for all ages. My working title is Cathy Crawly Laughing Bean Queen Simple solutions for some of today's challenges. Worms for amending the soil, sprouts for eating (grow your own) and laughter for overall health and wellness. Laughter yoga came to me at a time when I was struggling with all the negative energy folks were sending my way about this important mission. You can imagine that not everyone wants to have worms in the house. Daily laughter is now a huge part of my health plan. Laughter is a great connector. It oxygenates our beautiful body.
